Greek Salad
Ingredients
1 large cucumber, sliced into half moons
1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
4 oz feta cheese, cut into 1” pieces
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried mint
1/2 tsp dried thyme
sea salt, to taste
Instructions
Combine all of your ingredients in a large bowl. Toss until coated. Serve immediately.
