Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced into half moons

  • 1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges

  • 4 oz feta cheese, cut into 1” pieces

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried mint

  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

  • sea salt, to taste

 
 

Instructions

  1. Combine all of your ingredients in a large bowl. Toss until coated. Serve immediately.
