Firecracker Turkey Stir Fry
Ingredients
Firecracker Sauce
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup sriracha
1/3 cup tamari
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp arrowroot powder
Stir Fry
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 lb ground turkey
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 medium head green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 head broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 block dried rice noodles, cooked according to package instructions
Instructions
Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add avocado oil, once hot, add ground turkey, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
Once the turkey is browned, add in cabbage and broccoli, stirring to combine. Cover with a lid and steam the vegetables for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and add the bell pepper, stirring to combine. Cover for another 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and pour in the firecracker sauce. Cook until the sauce is thick and glossy. Serve as is or stir in cooked rice noodles, white rice, or zoodles.
