Ingredients
1 cup sweet and hot peppers
1 sweet onion, roughly chopped
1 large clove garlic, roughly chopped
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined.
