Hot Pepper Hoagie Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet and hot peppers

  • 1 sweet onion, roughly chopped

  • 1 large clove garlic, roughly chopped

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • salt and pepper, to taste

 
 

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined.
